The DX Adventure Radio Club (DA-RC) is proud to announce the addition of 126DA126 Carlos, an experienced OM from Nicaragua whose zest for DX, technical know-how, and decades of on-air experience make him a super valuable new part of the club!

126DA126 Carlos officially connects with the DA-RC family in mid-February 2026…
This marks an exciting new chapter in his already impressive radio journey.
Also, it stablishes a significant milestone for the club itself as the ‘first-ever DA-RC member representing this incredible DXCC!

126DA126 Carlos, who has been active in the hobby since 1992, brings a strong background in both amateur and freeband radio….
A licensed ham, he’s also been a respected member of the Alfa Tango and Sugar Delta clubs whilst developing his DX trade.
Now joining DA-RC under his preferred callsign 126DA126, Carlos meets the requirements for holding a Delta-Alfa callsign through his significant achievements in the DX Chaser category, including an impressive 150 DXCC entities confirmed.

126DA126 Carlos resides in León, one of Nicaragua’s most historic and culturally significant cities…
This QTH is located in the western part of the country, a stones’ throw from the Pacific coast.
Often regarded as the intellectual and cultural heart of Nicaragua, León is known for its rich colonial heritage, vibrant university life, and strong artistic and political history.
