The Dx Adventure Radio Club (DA-RC) is thrilled to unveil early details of a truly exciting and long-awaited DXpedition, scheduled for September 2025.
This operation will be helmed by none other than 41DA981 Giovanni—a superhuman DXpeditioner with a formidable record in hard-to-reach DXCCs such as Chatham Island, the North and South Cook Islands, Palau, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Niue, Papua New Guinea, and more.
For now, the DXpedition will operate under the temporary call sign 507DA/0.
This provisional prefix serves to protect the planning and logistical groundwork currently underway and to ensure the DXpedition proceeds without disruption.
It also guarantees that the 11m DX Community will be rewarded with something extraordinary.
What we can reveal is that this project will target one of the most sought-after DXCC entities in the Asia-Pacific region—a rare country that has been off the air on 27 MHz for more than a decade.
It’s a genuine ATNO (All-Time New One) in the making for DXers worldwide.
Giovanni will be QRV for 10 full days, providing ample opportunity to secure this rare one in the log.
