Islands On The Air enthusiasts will be in raptures over news that Dx Adventure Radio Club member 14DA073 Thierry will be active as a holiday style station from two islands in the Bretagne (Morbihan) Region IOTA group during the month of September, 2022.
Found in the northwest of France, this picturesque collection of islands — referenced as EU-048 in the World IOTA List — is part of the Morbihan department in the administrative region of Brittany.
According to the Islands Base Online (IBO) database, the Bretagne (Morbihan) Region IOTA group contains no less than 52 islands, only 15 of which have been activated on the eleven meter band.
