*QSL* DA-RC eQSL

In the past couple of years, with the upsurge in the use of electronic forms of sending and saving data, electronic QSLs or eQSLs are now commonly used.

These provide lower cost of cards and delivery for the DX Hunter, improved speed and automation, as well as greater functionality.

For many guys, QSL cards in their paper form are costly, time consuming and take a long while to reach their destination.

Whilst paper cards do have a collectible value, many radio operators are moving towards electronic versions to generate a more efficient service.

With electronic formats, it is possible to receive cards very quickly — sometimes almost immediately after the contact is made.

All you need is an email address or a Facebook account to message it through.

The concept of electronic QSL cards is now well established and it is used by many — particularly DXpeditions for whom it can save considerable amounts of cost and time.

While there will always be a place for traditional cards in the Dx Adventure Radio Club, thanks to the amazing design nous of 1DA011 Luca our club new has an exciting new e-QSL template available to members.

On this single sided full-colour graphic, data can be added by using a simple text box via any number of programs.

The new electronic QSL can be downloaded on our club’s private Facebook group page.
