He joins a growing list of professional guys in “Norn Iron” who’ll no doubt be committed to the field of dx adventure in the years to come.

Picture1Kenny’s previous callsign was 68KR001 and this has been heavily linked with local nets, also, in which he’s always a keen and profitable contributor.

At the time of linking with the DA-RC, Kenny’s working conditions consist of a Superstar 3900 multi-mode transceiver, an Imax 2000 vertical antenna by Solarcon and 4 element yagi antenna high above the roof top.

While 68 Division is known for its Norman castles, glacial valleys and mountains, Celtic and Christian monuments, and coastal links golf courses, the Larne township is better known for its international seaport and the richness of its cultural heritage.

The adrenaline rush of moto racing and moto cross are firm faves and Kenny’s personal Facebook page, in fact, is littered with incredible action shots of his participation in racing events.

This love of motor sport runs in the family also with Kenny’s cousin Jonathan Rea a 3 times World Champion of moto racing.
