Attention 11m band IOTA Hunters! Many operators in the Asia/Pacific area inhabit the frequencies between 26.965 MHz and 27.405 MHz.
In Hawaii, members of the Maui Citizens Band (CB) Radio Club operate here also, chasing contacts with the Americas, Australia and other small Pacific islands and occasionally snaring contacts with Europe.
They also enjoy ‘talking stories’ (i.e. Ragchew) and will often gather on the band from 5-8pm (local Hawaiian time) to do so.
To listen for 17 Division operators on Maui (OC-019) or any other of the diminutive Hawaiian Islands, try 27.385 MHz LSB.
