36/13DA007 San Marino
Experienced dx adventurist and World HQ member 13DA007 Simon will be active from the small European microstate of San Marino effective immediately as 36/13DA007.
Rarely active on 11m, this remarkable DXstination is a landlocked enclave, just over 60 km², situated in the Apennine Mountains and completely surrounded by Italy (1 Division).
Given that 36 Division has only been active on 11m sporadically in the past few years and with very few contacts made, Simon’s holiday station is sure to create huge interest on the band and be one of the most sought after activities of the European winter.
16DA101 Max at ON5UR Maxi Print has designed a superb full-colour QSL card (See below) depicting some of San Marino’s most well known landmarks to confirm this station and this is available from 13DA007 Simon himself upon his return!
